It's been another fruitful year for Lady Gaga and she again receives another kind of recognition before the year comes to a close. For 2011, Forbes.com named her the highest-earning woman in all of music, earning a remarkable total of $90 million, beating out other high-profile women in the music industry. Taylor Swift only ranked second in the Forbes list, earning $45 million this year, while Katy Perry came in third, raking in $44 million.
With all of Lady Gaga's achievements in her career so far, this recognition from Forbes.com is yet another feather to add to her many caps (or rather, headdresses)! Aside from high album sales, Gaga's earnings in 2011 encompass her various endorsement deals, not to mention her very successful concerts and tours.
